The first question to be answered in any Durham disability case or Greensboro disability case is are you disabled. To answer that question, we must look at how the law defines the word disability. In a Durham disability case and Greensboro disability case, the definition of disability is: a condition or combination of conditions which is serious enough to keep you out of work for at least 12 months or is expected to result in death.
